I found a similar thread elsewhere on the forum, and your advice there was to look at the preferences menu and manually turn on the Raylectron extension, however when I go to that menu there is no Raylectron extension there to enable. During the installation there is a question that says something like "please select the sketchup version(s) that you want to load raylectron for.", and I would expect to see a list (of one version) underneath for me to select, however there are no entries below so my guess is that the Raylectron setup can't see the sketchup installation and so can't install it's toolbar. So next I downloaded the CPU version ("Raylectron_Setup_Win64_CPU"), installed it but when I restarted sketchup there was no toolbar and no "punch" button. Its user-friendly interface allows you to set up and start rendering in just a few clicks. Easy to use: Raylectron is straightforward and easy to use, even for beginners. Raylectron is a fast, easy and powerful photo-realistic render and animation plugin for SketchUp. ![]() ![]() Here are some benefits of using Raylectron in SketchUp: 1. Raylectron Render for SketchUp, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Fair enough I thought my graphics card isn't up to snuff. Raylectron is a SketchUp plugin that provides photorealistic rendering capabilities. I downloaded the GPU version, pressed the "punch" button and everything seemed to hang (for like 30mins). I'm trying to give Raylectron a go to see what it is like (I think it might be overkill given the tiny scale of the project I'm doing), and am falling at the first hurdle.
